Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms, break rooms, offices and other assigned areas. Also replenishes supplies as needed, i.e.: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Keep janitorial cart clean and sanitized. As directed after proper training - buff and wax floors according to facility floor management program.
Collects and disposes of trash and garbage.
Performs minor repairs of equipment and buildings as directed. Helps collect shopping carts in the parking lot.
Performs outside work seasonal work as directed, shoveling snow and apply salt/sand as needed. Operate power equipment in a safe manner, including forklift and pallet jack (after training/certification), pressure washer, hand and power tools, floor cleaner etc. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

SUMMARY:
Performs a wide variety of routine and preventative maintenance/custodial duties in order to maintain a clean, orderly and safety environment in the store.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums floors, walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, equipment, and hardware.Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms, break rooms, offices and other assigned areas. Also replenishes supplies as needed, i.e.: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Keep janitorial cart clean and sanitized.
