Weekend days are a must in the summer between July/August Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness and order Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them pristine Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and general custodial duties to keep properties tidy and functional Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning appointments for optimal efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and guests Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and work on your feet throughout the day Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles will be considered an asset Join us in creating sparkling clean environments that leave lasting impressions!
