Summary Block Pay:
$65,000 - $75,000 per year

On-site Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Heavy second shift presence required with flexibility to interface with first-shift teams as needed) .
Requirements/Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial janitorial/facilities management experience; experience leading large teams (15+ employees); mastery of digital scheduling, payroll, and proprietary CMMS/work-order software .

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Account Manager, you will have complete operational and leadership ownership over a premier 600,000 square-foot class-A corporate environment . Serving as the primary site lead, you will manage a dedicated team of up to 18 night-shift general cleaners and first-shift day porters alongside a nighttime supervisor .
Operational Leadership:
Serve as the chief Janitorial Operations Manager, overseeing the daily cleaning execution, quality control, and safety of a multi-building corporate campus .
Team Development:
Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule your team, cultivating a supportive work culture that keeps turnover low and morale high .
Administrative Management:
Handle daily administrative workflows including payroll approval, timesheet audits, and supply inventory tracking .
Tech-Driven Execution:
Master and manage the client's proprietary digital CMMS work-order system to track, assign, and close out special service requests promptly .
Client Relations:
Act as the direct point of contact for the client's onsite facility leadership, ensuring seamless communication and an elite standard of service . What You Bring To The Team /
Qualification Proven Industry Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Janitorial Site Manager, custodial operations supervisor, or facilities account manager—ideally overseeing a class-A corporate or high-occupancy portfolio .
People Management Experience:
Demonstrated history of successfully managing, scheduling, and training a team of 15-20+ hourly employees .
Tech Savviness:
Strong digital literacy with an ability to easily navigate online payroll systems, scheduling platforms, and facility maintenance software (CMMS) .
Operational Flexibility:
Willingness to work a primary 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM second-shift schedule to remain hands-on with the majority of your cleaning crew, while maintaining the flexibility to coordinate with daytime leads .
Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills . Multilingual abilities (such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic) are a fantastic asset but not required.
