Your expertise will help homeowners enjoy sparkling, streak-free windows while ensuring safety and professionalism at every step. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in various cleaning techniques, work outdoors, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on interior and exterior surfaces. Utilize pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean storefront windows, skylights, and high-rise building windows where applicable. Employ rope access techniques, ladder use, and scissor lifts safely to reach challenging or elevated windows. Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks including storefronts, skylights, and high-rise windows with adherence to safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently to maintain safety during all cleaning activities. Clean and maintain all tools and equipment such as squeegees, pressure washers, scaffolding, and safety gear. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners, explaining services performed, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Experience Prior experience in residential window cleaning or commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Familiarity with the use of ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and rope access techniques for high or hard-to-reach windows. Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and the proper use of PPE. Experience operating pressure washers for window cleaning tasks is a plus. Background in janitorial or custodial work that involved detailed cleaning or high-rise building maintenance is advantageous.
