Alpena Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a full-time Lead Custodian and District Float Custodian. Building to be determined. The custodian helps maintain clean and safe school facilities while performing custodial and minor maintenance tasks. Internal bids for this position will be accepted through the end of the day September 29, 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; one year of school building or similar custodial experience preferred. All public school employees are required to undergo a criminal history check.
