The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on industrial and commercial cleaning standards. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of elevator doors Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming hallways to maintain high standards of appearance. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Wipe down surfaces, vacuum, mop, sanitize and remove trash of lobby, bathrooms, and fitness room. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling are advantageous. You are honest, trustworthy, and pay close attention to detail.
