Seeking full time night shift custodian 3pm-11:30pm with primarily janitorial duties within a church and school setting. However additional more detailed responsibilities and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• Report on time to designated facility all for scheduled shifts.
• Thoroughly clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Remove all trash from assigned areas and dispose of per building requirements.
• Locking doors in church and school per daily posted schedule.
• Assist with set up and clean up for church and school events. (chairs, tables, trash removal.)
• Walk church and school grounds to pick up and dispose of misc. debris.
• Removal of trash from outdoor church receptacles.
• Detailed dust mopping, sweeping and wet mopping of all ceramic floors.
• Vacuum all rugs, mats and carpeted areas.
• Replenish soap and paper products in bathrooms, (paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap.)
• Clean glass doors.
• Spot clean walls and doors.
• Cleaning of assigned stairwells
• Maintaining onsite janitorial equipment.
• Keep janitorial closets clean and organized.
• Report all facility issues to the maintenance supervisor.
• Complete and or assist with any additional requests of the building staff.
