Full Job Description Benefits:
Employee discounts Nino Salvaggio is currently looking for a Maintenance Associate for our Bloomfield Township location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete assigned indoor or outdoor maintenance assignments including but not limited to; basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting. Adhere to all local, state and federal health code and OSHA regulations ensuring that the work environment is safe and sanitary. Ensure favorable store image to customers by helping us maintain a clean, organized, attractive and sanitary store. Operate all authorized equipment (i.e. pallet jacks, hi-lo, saws, snakes, nail guns, paint supplies, tools, etc.) according to Company policies, procedures, OSHA and safety guidelines. Clean all areas of the store, as needed, including; vents, condensers, walls, etc. Wear and use all necessary personal protective gear (i.e. gloves) when required. Maintain good communication within the department, in the store and throughout the organization. Alert upper management to any issues concerning sanitation, safety, cleanliness, equipment, maintenance, etc. Assist with training other employees when necessary. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous maintenance experience required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical required. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work early mornings, nights and weekends.
