Weekend Maintenance Archdiocese of Detroit - 3.4 Clinton Township, MI Job Details Part-time $17.00 - $17.50 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Snow removal Grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation Driver's License Full Job Description To provide routine janitorial and maintenance services for the parish buildings and grounds. This part position assists in keeping all areas of the parish complex safe and clean. These duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure sidewalks and entry ways are free from snow/ice and salted Cleaning of all facility buildings including vacuuming and mopping of floors, cleaning restrooms, washing windows and other janitorial services as required Trash collection and removal Set up for meetings and various Parish activities according to set up requests Open buildings, turn on lights Ensure all buildings are secured, locked, and alarmed after work hours and meetings Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned as needed Qualifications/Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to stretch, reach, walk, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time Ability to safely use lawn/snow equipment Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision Have a high level of discretion and integrity Must have a valid driver's license Must be fingerprinted and attend Protecting God's Children prior to employment This is a part time, weekend position. The hours will be Saturday 2:30-6:00 p.m.; Sunday 7-1:00 p.m. These hours may increase with weekend activities in the church.
