Location:

serving Greater Grand Rapids area Paid travel between work sites and mileage Floating Cleaner / Custodial Support are trusted, go-to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments. What You'll Do Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams; approx. 5-25 miles Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided) Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use Who We're Looking For Dependable and motivated individuals Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently Cleaning experience helpful Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time) (company vehicles available based on daily operations) Why You'll Like Working Here Weekly pay Direct hire Paid uniforms Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile when using personal vehicle Growth opportunities into lead, supervisor, or management roles Your work helps create clean, safe spaces for the communities we serve.
