In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in both residential homes and commercial spaces. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will ensure client satisfaction and a spotless environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, utilizing professional cleaning techniques to create safe, hygienic, and welcoming spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed Conduct outdoor work when required, including trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning to maintain overall property appearance Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while following safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each appointment Experience Prior experience in residential housekeeping or janitorial/custodial roles is highly desirable Proven ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and sanitation protocols Experience with carpet cleaning, floor maintenance (including polishing and buffing), and outdoor surface cleaning is a plus Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface materials, and appropriate handling techniques for various surfaces Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and safety Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and outdoor work conditions Join our team as a Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
