Position Overview CBS Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for part-time power washing work at our Flat Rock location. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and able to follow safety procedures while completing assigned cleaning tasks. Job Responsibilities Perform power washing of designated exterior areas and surfaces. Remove dirt, debris, and buildup using power washing equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain equipment properly and report any damage or maintenance concerns. Complete assigned duties within the scheduled work hours. Qualifications Dependable and punctual. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Comfortable working outdoors and operating power washing equipment. Ability to wear required PPE. Previous power washing or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
