No previous hood-cleaning experience is required. We will train the right person. What You'll Do Assist with commercial kitchen hood, duct, and exhaust fan cleaning Use pressure washers, degreasers, scrapers, and other cleaning equipment Set up and protect restaurant kitchen areas before cleaning Clean equipment, filters, fans, and work areas Work on ladders and occasionally on commercial rooftops Help load, unload, and maintain equipment Follow safety procedures and leave customer locations clean and professional Schedule This is primarily overnight work . Typical shifts may begin around 8:00-10:00 PM and end between 1:00-4:00 AM , depending on the job. Hours may vary week to week based on customer schedules. What We're Looking For Reliable and able to consistently show up for scheduled night work Comfortable working late nights and overnight hours Able to perform physical work for several hours Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Able to lift approximately 50 lbs Comfortable working around grease, water, cleaning chemicals, and dirty commercial kitchen environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work independently and follow instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in commercial cleaning, pressure washing, construction, maintenance, restaurant work, landscaping, or general labor is helpful but not required.

Pay Starting pay:

$20/hour Opportunities to increase to $21-$24/hour as you become trained and able to handle more of the job independently. Higher-paying technician and crew-lead opportunities will be available as the company grows.
