Qualifications:
Be able to pass a criminal background check. Cell phone is required Must speakEnglish Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including floors, windows, and surfaces.
- Conduct thorough cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness commercial spaces.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
- Perform carpet cleaning tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining property.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize surfaces.
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment.
- Housekeeping management experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and equipment.
