Key Responsibilities Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Operate drain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism. Complete work orders and documentation accurately. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company policy. Must be able to work in Des Moines for 2-4 weeks during training . Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment. Prior plumbing or drain cleaning experience is a plus, but not required —we provide training! Compensation Paid training provided. ($800/week for 45-60 days, lodging included)

Post-training:

$1,000/week or 20% of revenue (whichever is greater) After training, income is performance-based , with potential earnings from $52,000 to $150,000 annually . Top performers exceed $200,000 annually.
