Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of sanitation. Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning tasks, following all chemical handling safety procedures to protect yourself and others. Conduct custodial duties including restroom sanitation, surface disinfecting, and replenishing supplies to ensure facilities are hygienic and fully stocked. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all activities, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning standards. Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients or building occupants.
