Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

A & C Property Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Medical Office Cleaning Contractor to provide detailed cleaning services at a professional medical office facility in the Roseville area. This isn't a basic office-cleaning assignment. We're looking for someone who understands the higher standards that come with cleaning a healthcare environment and takes pride in leaving a facility thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for patients and staff the next day. The work is performed Monday through Friday after the facility closes at 5:00 PM and must be completed before 8:00 AM the following morning. Within that service window, you'll have flexibility to complete the agreed-upon work independently. Contract Rate is based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Be Responsible For You'll independently complete the agreed-upon cleaning scope for the medical office, with particular attention to detail, sanitation, and consistency.
Responsibilities include:
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, counters, fixtures, and other designated areas. Thoroughly clean exam, office, common, and other assigned spaces according to the established scope of work. Clean floors, edges, corners, baseboards, ledges, and other areas where dust and debris collect. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish designated supplies. Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility requirements. Spot-clean glass, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed. Maintain consistent cleaning quality from one service visit to the next. Complete the assigned cleaning scope Monday through Friday within the approved 5:00 PM-8:00 AM service window. Communicate promptly regarding facility concerns, supply needs, damage, or anything that may prevent completion of the agreed-upon work. What We're Looking For Required Previous medical office, hospital, healthcare facility, or similar clinical cleaning experience. Demonstrated attention to detail and understanding of the cleaning standards expected in a healthcare environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation to and from the Roseville-area facility. Ability to consistently complete the agreed-upon work Monday through Friday. Ability to meet applicable facility access, security, confidentiality, and safety requirements. Preferred Prior experience independently servicing medical or professional facilities. Knowledge of healthcare cleaning, sanitizing, and cross-contamination prevention practices. Experience working in facilities with established cleaning protocols or checklists.
