Secondary Maintenance Position (Janitorial)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Secondary Maintenance (Janitorial) team member to uphold the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming, hygienic environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all facility areas. Conduct detailed floor care procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and specialized spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Assist with custodial tasks to ensure our restaurant upholds the highest level of cleanliness. Support facilities maintenance by assisting in repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment. Execute residential painting touch-ups or minor repairs as needed to uphold facility aesthetics. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a hazard-free environment. Unloading the truck two to three times per week. Has a keen eye for detail when stacking and rotating product to ensure product is being used first with the newest expiration date. Filtering of the vats and maintenance to the highest level to ensure we are able to serve the very best quality. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Experience in facilities maintenance or porter duties is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
