Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaning technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Conduct custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as necessary. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance procedures. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Capable of handling physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving items as needed. Basic knowledge of residential painting is a plus but not required. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
