At M. J. Electric, you aren't just applying for job, you are building a career. About this Role - Custodian We are looking for a Custodian who has a passion for quality. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis. What You'll Do Sweeps, mops, polishes, and strips floors in rooms and hall Washes interior and exterior windows Dusts and/or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers Vacuums, spot cleans, and/or shampoos rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and shampooing equipment Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor Stocks area with appropriate supplies Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required Washes dishes or utensils as required What You'll Bring Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and standards Skill in using cleaning product and equipment Skill in following verbal and written instructions High School Diploma. Education beyond High School would be preferred 1-3 years of custodial or cleaning experience -
