Position Overview We are hiring a Hood Cleaning Technician to manage and execute night-shift commercial kitchen exhaust cleanings. This role is for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, working in small crews, and representing the company on-site when the owner is not present. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the quality, safety, and professionalism of each job. Key Responsibilities Work in small crews (typically 2 technicians) Perform commercial kitchen exhaust cleanings (hoods, ducts, and fans) Ensure all safety procedures and company SOPs are followed Communicate professionally with restaurant management when present Oversee job setup, execution, and cleanup Verify job quality before leaving the site Document work with required photos and reports (Lead Position) Schedule & Pay Structure This is a night-shift position Typical start times range between 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM End times vary depending on job size and scope Some nights may include one job, while others may include multiple smaller jobs This position is paid on a nightly basis , rather than hourly, to reflect job ownership, leadership responsibility, and performance.
Typical nightly pay range:

Qualifications Required:
Prior experience in a service or cleaning position (highly recommended) Strong communication and professionalism Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working overnight hours Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred (Not Required): Commercial hood or exhaust cleaning experience Janitorial or facilities maintenance leadership HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or similar trades We provide training on company procedures and technical aspects of the work.
