Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Wednesday's is a high traffic area (classrooms) and majority of the building has a lot of restrooms. Schedule will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday. 7pm -10:45pm Mondays & Fridays 6:45pm - 10:45 pm Wednesdays. 3 days a week. 12-14 hours weekly. $100 sign on bonus after 90 days. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces as required. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
