Key Responsibilities and Duties As a vital member of our cleaning crew, your daily routine will involve ensuring that every corner of our assigned facility shines.
Your core duties will include:
Surface Maintenance:
Dusting, wiping down, and sanitizing desks, countertops, tables, and frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs and light switches.
Floor Care:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various flooring types across offices, lobbies, and hallways.
Waste Management:
Gathering and emptying trash and recycling bins, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated outdoor dumpsters.
Restroom Sanitation:
Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors, as well as restocking essential supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
Detailing:
Cleaning glass entryways, wiping down baseboards, and ensuring common areas or breakrooms are tidy and welcoming.
Safety Compliance:
Securely locking up facilities after hours and handling all cleaning chemicals safely according to standard guidelines. What We Look For No prior professional janitorial experience is strictly required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training! However, the ideal candidate should possess: A strong eye for detail and a commitment to thoroughness. Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-30 lbs throughout the shift. A respectful attitude and the ability to work comfortably with minimal direct supervision.
