$17.00
Schedule:
Full-Time | Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
Overtime:
As Needed Qualified Staffing is hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians for a leading manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scraping, wiping surfaces, and power washing
  • Change filters, grates, and complete other routine facility cleaning tasks
  • Work alongside other cleaning technicians to complete assigned work efficiently
  • Follow established safety policies and cleaning procedures
  • Communicate progress and any concerns with team leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S standards
  • Support a safe and productive manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures and around industrial paints and solvents
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience preferred
