Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Sanitation Worker to oversee and coordinate cleaning and sanitation operations across our facilities. Duties Lead and supervise sanitation staff to execute cleaning routines across multiple areas including industrial sites, commercial spaces, and hospitality venues Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols Monitor ongoing cleaning activities to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify sanitation issues and coordinate prompt corrective actions Promote a culture of safety by enforcing safety regulations during all cleaning operations and conducting safety briefings Experience Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within industrial, commercial, or hospitality settings Supervisory or team management experience in a sanitation or cleaning environment Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions, staff supervision, and customer service interactions Experience with industrial cleaning equipment, laundry services, or hospitality housekeeping management is preferred Familiarity with managing sanitation supplies inventory and maintaining compliance documentation Join us as a Lead Sanitation Worker to make a tangible impact on cleanliness standards while leading a dedicated team.
