We're growing fast—and we need the right person to grow with us. About the Role We're hiring a dependable Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is hands-on, physical work focused on deep cleaning—not basic janitorial. You'll start by working alongside our operations manager on larger jobs and handling smaller jobs independently as you're trained. As we expand, this role is designed to become our first independent driver running their own company van and jobs. What You'll Be Doing Meet at our office daily and travel to job sites (company vehicle provided) Ride with operations manager or drive company van to jobs Assist on large commercial cleaning projects Complete smaller jobs independently after training Perform services including: Carpet cleaning (truckmount system) Tile & grout cleaning Window cleaning (interior & exterior) Power washing Wall & ceiling washing High dusting (ceilings, vents, beams) Interact with customers on-site in a professional, friendly manner Identify opportunities to upsell additional services when appropriate What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Reliable and on time—non-negotiable Able to follow direction and learn quickly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Not afraid of heights (ladders required) Strong work ethic—this is physical work Friendly, professional, and personable with customers Comfortable making recommendations and helping grow accounts Wants to grow into more responsibility Schedule & Flexibility Hours vary (early mornings, nights, and some weekends) Flexibility is required—we work around client schedules Growth Opportunity We are preparing to add another service vehicle soon.
