Full Time- Night Shift 1 Positions available: M-F 6pm-1am, 30-35 hrs/week
- $16/hr Sun-Thurs 6pm-2am, 40 hrs/week
- $17/hr
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across assigned sites. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, holds teams accountable with empathy, and believes in leaving things better than they found them.Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside, supervise & support janitorial staff across multiple client sites Conduct inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets company and client standards Train and mentor team members, encouraging personal and professional growth Coordinate scheduling, supply management, and site coverage Address performance issues constructively and with respect Supervise and coordinate daily custodial operations to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Develop and implement cleaning schedules tailored to each client's needs. Train, evaluate & mentor cleaning staff on best practices in commercial cleaning techniques. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff. Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Utilize mobile technology to track progress and report on cleaning tasks completed. Monitor time budgets for locations. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors & shampooing rugs. Perform routine maintenance tasks. Organize custodial closets & spaces. Uphold company core values in daily operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in janitorial/commercial cleaning preferred Previous supervisory or team lead experience required Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills Ability to work evenings or flexible hours as needed Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to handle a physical work load Ability to train and motivate a team towards achieving high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid Drivers License Reliable Vehicle Working smart phone High School Diploma or Equivalent Must live within 20 minutes of New Buffalo, MI.What We Offer:
