Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Operate floor care equipment including buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-maintained flooring Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor fixtures, or reporting larger repairs needed Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors Support facilities maintenance by performing industrial cleaning in designated areas or specialized environments as needed Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals in compliance with safety regulations Experience Prior cleaning in commercial or residential settings is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that inspire productivity and comfort!
