A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We're proud to support our local communities through participation in various events. As a Porter, you will be washing, detailing, and staging vehicles, as well as assisting with other miscellaneous tasks or projects that are crucial for day-to-day operations.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6:30 pm.
Porter Responsibilities Include:
Drive vehicles through the car wash, dry, and detail the vehicle. Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots. Install license plates on vehicles. Fuel vehicles when required. Sweep the yard and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location. Complete a final inspection to ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery to the customer. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Porter Qualifications and Skills:
Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
