Various job sites throughout the Detroit area Pay Starting pay: $17.00 per hour Increase to $17.50 per hour after 3 months $0.37 per mile for mileage reimbursement Paid biweekly No cash payments Schedule Full-time or part-time Flexible availability required for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed. GR Select Services LLC is seeking a reliable Bilingual Floater/Supervisor to support cleaning teams at multiple job sites throughout the Detroit area. This position requires flexibility, independence, leadership, and the ability to travel between locations. In addition to completing routine cleaning duties, this role assists with supervising associates, training new employees, covering open shifts, and completing special projects such as floor care, deep cleaning, and high-area cleaning. Responsibilities Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, breakrooms, and common areas Travel between assigned job sites Cover open shifts and support cleaning teams as needed Supervise associates and inspect completed work Train and support new associates Complete special projects, including floor care, deep cleaning, and high-area cleaning Follow all company cleaning and safety procedures Maintain a professional and positive attitude Communicate concerns, supply needs, and service issues to management Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Good driving record Flexible availability Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead others Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred Training is provided Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid training Attendance bonus opportunities Experience working in different types of facilities Opportunity for additional hours and advancement To Apply Call or text: (616) 558-2880
