Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and coworkers. Experience Previous experience in janitorial role (commercial or housekeeping). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus. Must be able to lift moderate weights (50 pounds at most) and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. Join us in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients!
