A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Shift:

Monday

Saturday:
6:00PM
12:00AM (Anytime between these hours; Wednesdays off) 10
20 hours a week depending on the route.

Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older. For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required. A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, proof of auto insurance, and driving record check required.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be: Cleaning restrooms /breakrooms Trash removal Paper good replenishment Dusting/Sanitizing Sweeping/Mopping Vacuuming Window washing Driving & Vehicle Requirements Reliable Transportation is

Non-Negotiable:

You must have a dependable, insured vehicle capable of daily travel. To comply with policy/regulations, you must be designated as a (LISTED) driver since you are the person that will be operating the vehicle.

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record is required.

All-Weather Comfort:

You must be comfortable driving in Michigan winters and rain.

Smartphone Proficiency:
