JOB TITLE

Floor Care Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

Position requires experience in operating all equipment used in commercial cleaning, to include; burnishing and buffing terrazzo floors, automatic scrubbers, carpet cleaning equipment, ride-on or walk behind equipment. Must be able to maintain equipment and conduct minor repairs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Able to take direction and follow through with assignments Must be able to safely operate all equipment associated with cleaning Good understanding how to maintain different types of hard surface flooring Willingness to train others in the proper use of equipment and ability to maintain equipment Promote and exhibit Company culture and values Willingness to travel to multiple local accounts Able to work a flexible schedule Adhere to all applicable safety practices Other duties as assigned by management

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED. Will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial services with training in floor care Good communication skills and ability to read and write English Valid Driver's License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
