Gigi's Squad Cleaning Services is hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional cleaning services for medical offices, apartment buildings, Airbnbs, commercial offices and residential properties throughout Metro Detroit. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and can consistently provide an excellent experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchens and common areas Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Dust and clean surfaces, furniture and fixtures Empty trash and replace liners Clean apartment units between residents Prepare Airbnbs and short-term rentals for arriving guests Follow property-specific checklists Properly use cleaning products, equipment and PPE Report damages, maintenance concerns and unusual conditions Complete work within assigned timeframes Communicate schedule changes or problems promptly

Qualifications:

Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license is required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Smartphone access for scheduling and communication Ability to bend, reach, stand and perform physical cleaning duties Willingness to complete a background check Daytime, evening or weekend availability Airbnb turnover availability is especially helpful
