In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of residentials properties through yard work, gutter cleaning, and snow removal. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure properties are well-kept and safe during all seasons. Responsibilities Perform yard work including fall clean up, trimming, and landscape maintenance to enhance property appearance. Clear gutters of debris to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage. Remove snow from driveways, walkways, and parking areas efficiently and safely during winter months. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as leaf and snow blowers with precision. Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, and hardscape features. Strong understanding of safety protocols for outdoor work environments. Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing, walking long periods, and working in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred.
