Custodian/Maintenance
SOUTH LYON COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Duties
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
  • Maintain and clean restrooms and common areas
  • Handle floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
  • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed
  • Assist with commercial and residential painting projects
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized Requirements
  • Proven experience in custodial or porter roles
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
  • Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
