Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mobile Cleaning Technician to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. Now Hiring:
Part-time, based in Southfield, MI. Starting at 4 pm Common tasks include but are not limited to: Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces. Clean and disinfect vertical and horizontal surfaces, including fixtures, in places like restrooms, offices, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes. Replenish supplies. i.e., toilet paper/paper towels in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. Remove garbage, including emptying and relining trash cans and recycling containers, and disposing of contents in designated disposal areas. Skills and Competencies Good verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented - pays close attention to each customer's location, with extra attention to special requests. Friendly and Professional - able to deal with customers on-site while cleaning is being performed. Team player - ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done. Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and complete it without being instructed. Desire to learn, seek new challenges, and take on additional responsibilities. Reasoning ability. Good common sense with the ability to solve practical problems. Impeccable service-willing to do the little extras that provide the WOW factor. $16.50 per hour
