Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacated units, including floors, walls, windows, appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens to meet company standards. Remove trash, debris, and leftover materials from the unit and surrounding areas. Disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas to ensure hygiene and safety compliance. Inspect units for damages or maintenance issues and report findings promptly to the management team. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety during all cleaning tasks. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
