Our company has been specializing in new, final and post construction clean up and support services for a broad range of commercial and residential properties since 2000. Pressure Washer/Window Cleaner/Laborer JDK Construction Services is hiring a reliable, experienced laborer to join our pressure washing and window cleaning teams. The successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning outdoor and indoor surfaces at our clients' homes and businesses. Cleanings are performed year round, often throughout the construction process. This applicant should have at least one year of previous experience, a driver's license, an eye for detail, and the ability to work outdoors in any weather.
Job responsibilities:
Load and unload equipment from work vehicles Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., fences, driveways, siding, basements, window cleaning) Apply detergent safely as needed Check equipment for good working order and water supply Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning Bring hoses and equipment back to the office for proper storage Clean windows of residential and commercial buildings using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Window cleaning, including removing debris and ensuring cleanliness of window frames Utilize stackable and extension ladders to access windows at different heights Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, others and property Perform pre drywall cleans of homes that are under construction Accurately log billable hours using a time tracking app Qualifications and skills: Previous experience window cleaning and/or using pressure washing equipment preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and complete standing work in all weather Ability to work safely at various heights Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients Can work independently and as part of a team environment Can communicate well (multiple languages are a plus)
