Full Job Description Hours:

1:30 - 10:00pm (includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)

Primary Responsibilities:

Report to Team Lead/Custodian Supervisor Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for facility Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping Operate floor equipment such as auto scrubber, side-by-side, carpet extractor, and vacuum Empty trash receptacles General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls Stocking restrooms, janitorial closet, and break room Setting up and cleaning after events Light building maintenance General snow removal/lawn care as needed Arm alarm/check all outer doors to make sure they are secure Computer knowledge

Position Requirements:

1 year of custodial/ janitorial experience Must pass a drug test and physical Ability to stand for long periods of time Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance is required.
