We provide residential, commercial, Airbnb/short-term rental, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The right person takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, works well with a team, and understands that a quality clean is more than simply making a space look presentable. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to Hardy's standards Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Complete Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers when scheduled Follow cleaning checklists and instructions Use cleaning products and equipment properly and safely Pay close attention to detail and complete all assigned tasks Communicate professionally with management and team members Report maintenance concerns, damages, or supply needs when noticed Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods Able to follow directions and company cleaning standards Professional, respectful, and dependable Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred Experience with commercial cleaning is a plus Willing to learn and be trained in Hardy's specific procedures and expectations Reliable transportation to assigned job locations

Schedule & Pay Part-time:

Monday-Sunday, with shifts primarily during daytime hoursTypical hours: Approximately 9:30 AM-3:00 PM, depending on the day's scheduleStarting pay: $17/hour Weekend availability is required, with scheduling based on the company's workload and client needs.
