A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety within office enviornments during evening hours. $15.00/hrAvailable Schedules:
M-F 6:00-11:30pm M-F 7:00-11:00pm Cleaning responsibilities include: Vacuuming Dusting Trash removal Mopping floors Detail cleaning as needed Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Reliable personal transportation required Ability to pass a criminal background check Work Requirements Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
