  • Part-time, Full-time Are you a detailed and dependable individual who gains pride from a job well done? Do you have a passion for clean spaces? If so, we want to hear from you! This position is for a commercial cleaner in the Traverse City area of Northern Michigan.
  • Schedule Monday through
Friday:
Part-time and full time shifts available
PART TIME
5:00pm
  • 9:00pm
FULL TIME
2:00pm
  • 9:00pm
  • Finish times may vary day to day on either shift.
  • Some holiday shifts are required, however FreshTrippin is CLOSED and staff does not work on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Christmas Day New Years Day Easter Sunday
  • Compensation Hourly rate for this position is $20-25 per hour based on experience and dependability This job included paid training, training rate will be slightly lower than your hired hourly rate once training is finished Bi-weekly pay schedule PTO/Sick pay
  • Responsibilities Cleaning in and around commercial business spaces such as offices, storefronts, churches, restaurants and more Use of our field service management smartphone app for scheduling, job details, and communication regarding properties/tasks Performs additional duties at properties as needed
  • Cleaner Qualifications / Skills Finds enjoyment or satisfaction in the process of cleaning Ability to work independently Clear and consistent communication Self motivated and efficient in terms of time management Strong ability to prioritize tasks Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Must have smartphone, with the ability to interact with scheduling app
  • Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements Previous cleaning experience Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle transportation Must be able to pass a background check You may visit our website at FreshTrippin.
