Construction Final Cleaning & Commercial Janitorial Services Schedule:

Flexible, based on project and client needs About the Position We are a growing cleaning company specializing in construction final cleaning and routine commercial janitorial services . We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Our employees work at a variety of job sites, including construction projects, commercial buildings, offices, schools, and other facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can follow instructions, works well independently and with a team, and consistently maintains a professional attitude on job sites. Responsibilities Perform final cleaning at new construction builds and renovation sites. Perform routine janitorial and commercial cleaning services. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors and surfaces. Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Remove trash and construction-related debris as directed. Clean windows, fixtures, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed. Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and client representatives. Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies. Travel to different job sites as assigned. Complete assigned work within established timeframes. Job Requirements Reliable transportation to and from various job sites is required. Ability to travel to different work locations throughout the week. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods. High school diploma or GED. 18 years or older. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and respectful attitude when working around clients, contractors, and other trades. Previous cleaning, janitorial, construction, or labor experience is not required . Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
