This is a part-time, on-site, entry-level position with opportunities to grow within our company. Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the club Perform routine cleaning of equipment, workout areas, and high-touch surfaces Ensure restrooms and lobby areas are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility Keep equipment properly organized and workout areas reset Remove trash regularly Monitor the club throughout your shift to maintain a consistently high standard Complete assigned cleaning checklists and special projects Follow all health and safety guidelines Communicate any issues or supply needs to management What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Good communication skills Willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout your shift No prior experience required—we will train the right person.
