We are currently seeking to fill an opening in our janitorial services. We are interested in interviewing potential applicants as early as possible. Job Description Cleans tables, chairs, cabinets, counters, and appliances located in classrooms and employee break rooms. Vacuums carpets, dust furniture and removes trash. Cleans windows and doors at least daily. Monitors the grounds and parking lots around the center and picks up litter as required in these areas. Inspects and cleans restrooms throughout the day. Replaces paper and soap supplies. Performs minor custodial tasks in area as required. May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business. Perform job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum three (6) months experience as a custodian preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation Reach, bend, kneel and have high level of manual dexterity and occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions Frequently exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures and to blood borne pathogens Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, national origin, or other legally protected classifications.

Pay:
