Why You'll Love Working with DetailXPerts Competitive benefits for eligible employees Consistent part-time schedule Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors Variety in your daily tasks—no two days are the same Career growth opportunities within a growing company Job Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties for commercial facilities Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, restrooms, and other facility areas Pressure wash designated outdoor areas as needed Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Complete daily checklists, reports, and other required documentation Identify maintenance concerns or safety hazards and report them to management Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance Qualifications Must live in or near the Pontiac, MI area Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work independently with minimal supervision Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are a plus Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-Time Monday through Friday 5:00 PM
