Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing. Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, restrooms, and other facility areas. Pressure wash designated outdoor areas as needed. Restock restroom and cleaning supplies. Complete daily checklists, reports, and other required documentation. Identify maintenance concerns and safety hazards and report them to management. Follow all company safety policies, cleaning procedures, and workplace guidelines. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications Must live in or near Washington Township, MI . Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are a plus. Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
