A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

▶ Apply Janitor Wixom, Michigan

Posted on August 27, 2026 Published By Chrystel Parsell Trillium Staffing has a cleaning position available in the Wixom, MI area working at our client location who is plastic fabrication company.

This is a short term project expected to last four days. The position will involve general clean up duties. Pay rate is $19.00 an hour. Hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 24-32 hours. May start at 8:00 a.m. on the first day only if needed. Dates of the assignment are Sept. 8th to Sept. 11th, or the following week.

Duties:

Clean up of facility
Dusting, use of a floor scrubber and carpet cleaner
Sweep, mop floors
Wipe down common areas, base boards
Use cleaning supplies
Wipe down bathroom walls
Shop area cleaning if needed Apply now!

Experience:

Prefer some cleaning, general labor experience
