They should have a positive attitude, be friendly and respectful, especially when interacting with children and staff, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to respond quickly to issues are also important. Custodial/Cleaning experience is desired. Must have transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma, or GED. Valid Driver's License Rate of pay: $18.03 (Probation rate for the first 60 days) Full Benefits Available, including

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear (in a quiet or noisy environment). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust/focus .

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud to moderate. Work is performed indoors, though outdoor activities are required. The employee is directly responsible for the safety, well-being, and work output of students.

Cognitive Functions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to compare, analyze, communicate orally and in writing in English, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute, synthesize, evaluate, use interpersonal skills, and compile and negotiate. orally and in writing in English
